Just came across this, it allows you to download commentaries, Bibles, dictionaries and presents everything in a split-screen offline desktop app. I wanted the tools I have been using online available in an offline setting and am liking this enough to share it.

I included an excerpt from a post by another inspirational blogger, Laura Bon, as an example for the purpose of showing off the features. Thanks to her for her insight which is a blessing! I would expect you would normally include your own personal study notes there. The three tabs represent ways it allows you to keep notes:

1) Daily Notes, saved by Date:
date

2) Study Notes (saved at each passage of scripture)

2

3) By Topic.

^ Keyword/passage search, again the value of having it all downloaded is you will still have all of this if and when you don’t have access to it online or if for any reason it is no longer available.

^ Parallel Bible versions, and cross-ref. I purchased the Amplified Bible downloadable module, but the KJV is built-in and the Young’ Literal is available as a free module from within the program as well.

^ KJV+ (built-in) and Strong’s Hebrew and Greek dictionaries + more available as independent modules.

All of this is quick to learn and No Ads 🙂 Everything I have installed with it now was free except the Amplified Bible Set which I paid for but the rest is all available for free within the programs (built-in) download interface with one exception, I have a separate link for the John Calvin Commentaries available as a stand-alone installer.

Enjoy:)
