Despite my history of impulsive, stubborn, self-seeking will, I have been blessed with parents that love me and have instilled in me a reverence for God. No matter what I have gotten myself into, that understanding that God is always there has been with me. I know that I am blessed to have an opportunity to look to Him now despite the past and I am thankful for that. I am humbled and fascinated by His infinite wisdom and by the beauty of His creation.

I am publishing my notes as I study the Word of the Living God for the purpose of sharing my discoveries and growth with anyone who cares to benefit with me. I will give credit to the original speakers and authors where appropriate. It is my sincere hope that as I open up to the Word in my own life, I will become a living testimony for others to the Glory of God. I can do nothing on my own and every time I try it always leads to failure. So anytime anything I attempt leads to anything good I must give the credit to God because it is only by his Love and Mercy that anything good can come to or from me.

Word of Caution

1 John 4:1: Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

I am writing these notes in an effort to meditate on the word and to hear from God. I am sharing my notes so that you may also hear God speak through them to you and be blessed. I am still learning to hear God’s voice and to grow in Him and the last thing I want to do is mislead anyone. So I would strongly encourage you to read the scriptures in context and look to God for Revelation in your own studies. We all make mistakes and need to be encouraged and sometimes corrected by one another. I believe God speaks through us to each other but I believe he primarily speaks directly to our Spirit. I welcome any feedback especially if you notice an area where I may be misinterpreting something. I believe that ultimately as long as I keep my focus on God and continue to seek Him first and foremost, everything else will fall into place and he will correct me when (not if) I misstep. I don’t want to be careless about this and I want His truths to be revealed clearly and not obscured by anything else. I would encourage you to pray before every study in the Word and ask God to give you wisdom and revelation and to show you exactly what it is he wants you to see. I pledge to do the same.
